A maximum of 10 (ten) tickets are given per customer. By clicking on the button “confirm binding order”, you submit a binding application to purchase the tickets that are in the shopping basket. Before submitting your order, you can view and change your customer data and ticket selection at any time. However, the application can only be submitted and transmitted if you have accepted these contractual terms and conditions by clicking on the “Accept GTC” button and have thus included them in your application.
2.2 We will then send you automatic confirmation of receipt by e-mail which again sets out the details of what you have ordered, and you can print this confirmation of receipt out using the “Print” function of your e-mail programme. The automatic confirmation of receipt merely documents that we have received your order: it does not constitute acceptance of the request. Your contract offer will only be accepted if the respective tickets are actually available. If the number of tickets requested is not available or is only partially available, we will inform you of this. A contract is only concluded once we issue a declaration of acceptance, which is sent by separate e-mail or through the despatching of the ticket(s). Otherwise, no contract is deemed to have been concluded. The text of the contract (consisting of the order, GTC and declaration of acceptance) will be sent to you by us via a permanent data medium (e.g. by e-mail). The text of the contract is stored in compliance with data privacy laws. Please regularly check the ‘Spam’ folder of your e-mail inbox.

2.6 The commercial resale of tickets is generally prohibited
unless otherwise agreed with us in writing.
2a. Impact of COVID-19 on the Reeperbahn Festival 2022
2a.1 The spread of the SARS-CoV-2 virus (COVID-19 pandemic) has led to considerable restrictions imposed on public life and the economy in Hamburg. Various general rulings and event bans led to a large number of all the planned events in Hamburg being cancelled in recent months. In view of the increasing vaccination rate as well as the current and possibly extended relaxation of the present general rulings and prohibition orders, we have decided to hold the Reeperbahn Festival again in 2022. We would like to point out, however, that the situation remains fluid (e.g. through new virus variants) and can still to change from day to day. We do not know what the situation will be in terms of infection on the date that the festival is due to start in Hamburg. However, we are making every effort to devise a festival schedule that is adapted to the specific situation. Both the City of Hamburg and the Federal Republic of Germany support us in implementing the holding of the festival in the appropriate way. Please note that you are expected to keep up to date with the current status of official guidelines and recommendations aimed at preventing the transmission of the SARS-CoV-2 virus and to comply with all recommendations and requirements issued by the relevant authorities.
2a.2 We will make every effort to ensure the Reeperbahn Festival takes place, even under adverse circumstances.
We explicitly point out that the COVID-19 virus can lead to
(a) changes in the Festival’s programme (incl. at short notice), including the cancellation, abandonment or postponing of individual concerts,
(b) the cancellation, abandonment or postponing of the entire Reeperbahn Festival,
(c) further access restrictions, both on account of official or court orders and in the event of “3-G” access restrictions [i.e. attendees must prove to us that they are fully recovered/vaccinated/in possession of a negative PCR or antigen test result received max. 24 hours before access)] / “2-G” access restrictions (i.e. attendees must prove to us that they have fully recovered from/are vaccinated against COVID-19
In this respect, you must be aware that any concerts may be cancelled, abandoned or rescheduled and/or that the spatial capacity may be reduced due to possible anticipated social distancing regulations requiring your compliance. In this respect, you shall declare that you are aware of this risk and waive any claims for reimbursement or (other) damages against us, unless a charge of intent or gross negligence relating to the reason for the cancellation/rescheduling can be attributed to us. In the event of access limited due to official COVID-19 restrictions (e.g. reduction of spectators at certain venues) or due to 3-G / 2-G access restrictions imposed by us, the preceding sentence here shall apply accordingly. However, in the event that we impose a 2-G access rule, we will refund you the relevant ticket price.
2a.4 If you are in any of the groups of people described below, you may not attend our event - even if you have legally purchased a ticket - and we may refuse you admission accordingly:
- persons exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19 (e.g. new persistent cough, fever/high temperature, loss of sense of taste or smell);
- persons who have exhibited the above symptoms in the 14 (fourteen) days prior to the event;
- persons who have been instructed by a competent authority to self-isolate;
- if, in the event that we choose a 3-G/2-G access policy, you refuse to submit your COVID-19 status or do not provide proof of your status.
2a.3 In order to enable contact tracking and to prevent the further spreading of COVID-19, we reserve the right to collect corresponding data (e.g. first name, last name, telephone number, address). If we decide to collect such data or are requested by the competent authority to collect such data, the collection of such data constitutes a precondition for accessing the festival. By concluding the contract, you thereby agree to the collection of data as well as to any forwarding of this data to the competent authority. If we are unable to collect full and truthfully representative data from you, we are entitled to deny you admission – without refunding any tickets.
3. Price; Shipping costs; Payment; Shipping; Print@home
3.1 All prices stated on our website include any advance booking fee, service fee and the applicable statutory value-added tax (VAT).
3.2 The corresponding shipping costs, in cases where shipment is to take place, will be shown to you during the ordering process and must be paid by you.
3.3 The prices and shipping costs are due upon conclusion of the contract.
3.4 Payment can be performed via various payment methods:

3.6 If you purchase your ticket as part of a print@home procedure, you will be entitled to print out your ticket yourself upon conclusion of the contract, receipt of payment and subsequent activation. In this respect, you are responsible for the proper printout and readability of the corresponding barcode or QR code. The ticket can be printed out several times, but the unique, distinctive barcode or QR code assigns access to one person – regardless of the number of printouts.
4. No right of withdrawal for ticket purchases
In the case of the sale of tickets or access authorisations for leisure activities such as attending concerts and festivals, there is no right of revocation pursuant to Section 312g (2) No. 9 of the German Civil Code (BGB).
5.1 The Reeperbahn Festival takes place at various venues in the city of Hamburg (clubs, alternative locations, open-air venues, pubs, etc.) near the Reeperbahn. Admission to the individual venues is only allowed with a valid, intact admission authorisation (e.g. called a wristband).
5.2. On entering the venues, appropriate verification checks will be carried out by security staff. These checks may also be carried out on a random basis during the event in order to ensure safety at the event. You shall agree to these measures in this respect. If you refuse to hand in any objects which, in our reasonable opinion, may cause danger or disturbance to the artists and/or others attending the event, or which are not permitted under Section 5.6 and/or the domiciliary rights or house rules of the venue, we may deny you access as a visitor to the festival or individual venues.
5.3. We reserve the right to refuse your admission to the festival premises or to individual venues on the grounds of good cause. Admission or (re-)admission may also be refused in the event of unpunctual or late arrival at or departure from the respective venue.
5.4 The spatial capacity of the individual venues is limited. Therefore, a ticket for the Reeperbahn Festival only grants access to a specific venue up until the capacity of the respective venue is reached. Punctual attendance is therefore strongly recommended. Any instructions issued by the stewards must be followed.
5.5 The admission tickets entitle the holder to use the Hamburger Hochbahn AG public transport system on the respective day of the event for one journey to the venue and back on HVV rings A to F, including the express bus. (Subject to change by HVV, valid as of: September 2021). We are not liable for the maintained operation of the transport system during the festival period. The ticket (or a worn, undamaged wristband) must be shown at ticket inspections. When using public transport, the rules and regulations stipulated by Hamburger Hochbahn AG must be observed.
5.6 Non-permissible objects at the festival include, but are not limited to:

In these cases, your ticket for the entire Reeperbahn Festival will also lose its validity and the ticket price will not be refunded.
7.1 Claims for damages are excluded. Exceptions to this are claims for damages arising from injury to life, limb or health or from the violation of essential contractual obligations as well as liability for other damages based on wilful or grossly negligent breach of duty by us. Essential contractual obligations are those whose fulfilment is necessary to achieve the objective of the contract. In the event of a violation of essential contractual obligations, we shall only be liable for the foreseeable damage typical for the contract if such damage was caused by simple negligence, unless it is a claim for damages arising from injury to life, body or health. The above restrictions also apply in favour of our legal representatives and vicarious agents, insofar as claims are asserted directly against them.
7.2 We further accept no liability for lost or damaged items belonging to visitors, such as items of clothing, bags, balls and equipment.
7.3 If you have culpably caused damage (e.g. to third parties such as spectators, musicians, crew, etc.), you shall indemnify us against all claims which these parties assert against us as a result of your conduct and you shall also bear any legal defence costs incurred in this respect in the statutory amount. In the event of a claim, you shall undertake to immediately provide us with all information (truthfully accurate and in full) where this is necessary for an examination of claims and a defence.
8. Cancellation of an event
The Reeperbahn Festival will be held in all weather conditions; however, should the weather conditions prompt fears of danger to life, limb or health for visitors, artists or staff, individual concerts of the Reeperbahn Festival or the entire Reeperbahn Festival will be cancelled with immediate effect. In this case, as well as in the event of the cancellation of individual concerts and/or the whole Reeperbahn Festival for other reasons of force majeure, due to official directives or court decisions, there shall be no claim for reimbursement or damages, unless a charge can be made against us of intent or gross negligence in respect of the reason for the cancellation.
9. Programme changes
One ticket entitles you to attend a wide range of concerts and events. In the event of changes to the programme, the cancellation of individual concerts, the removal of individual venues or concerts from the programme, you shall have no right of claims against us, provided that the overall character of the festival is maintained in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions. Delays and postponements of individual events on the festival schedule are to be accepted within the scope of the holding of the Reeperbahn Festival. We will immediately post notification of any changes on www.reeperbahnfestival.com.
10. Health impairment due to sound volume/noise
You shall be aware that the Reeperbahn Festival is particularly loud in front of the stages and that there is a risk of possible damage to health, especially to hearing. We take precaution to ensure that you are not harmed by the sound level of the concerts through the use of suitable technical equipment, volume control and the selection of individual venues. However, irrespective of this, it is strongly recommended to use earplugs, especially when near the loudspeakers, as well as to choose a place in front of the respective stages that is favourable to individual listening preferences.
11. Right to ones own image
Both we and third parties commissioned by us are entitled to produce image, sound and video recordings of you in the course of the events of the festival without remuneration for the persons depicted and to use these recordings or have them used comprehensively in any way in all currently known and future media, in particular but not exclusively for reporting, for advertising the Reeperbahn Festival, for acquiring sponsors and for all other business activities of the Reeperbahn Festival and the companies associated with it.
